ATTFUND Limited invested more than R300 million in this prime development that opened for trade in October 2004. An additional R440 million have been allocated to extend the mall and is set to become a major shopping destination in the East of Pretoria.  Woodlands Boulevard is owned by ATTFUND Limited, and managed by Parkdev Asset Managers on its behalf. The centre is currently 42 000m² and the mix caters for a segment of the market only. The extension will allow for an additional 28 900m² retail space, and will now be classified as a regional shopping centre with a gross rentable area of approximately 71 000m².

Major changes include a Woolworths expansion and the addition of new anchor stores such as Food Lover's Market, Game, Dischem, and Builders Warehouse.

A major focus of the development is to increase the fashion offering in this upmarket mall. These include Mango, Guess, Nine West, Aldo, Forever New, Old Khaki and Poetry. Construction started in September 2009 and the development opens 7 October 2010.
